As an added value to our clients we offer a LIFETIME PLANT GUARANTEE with all of our new installations. Additional value comes with this guarantee being transferable to new owners if the property sells.
The terms of this guarantee are;
The terms of this guarantee are;
- Plants must have been installed by Estate Landscape during initial construction of the landscape
- Plants are not guaranteed against snow load, snow removal operations, insects, rodents, deer, bears, vandalism or neglect
- Plants not guaranteed are annuals and bulbs. Annuals are not expected to live longer than one year. Bulbs are much more susceptible to circumstances we can't control. Namely rodents, squirrels, chipmunks, voles, moles and temperatures
- During the first year after planting, if you notice a dead plant, notify our Office via phone or email. We will schedule the Owner or General Manager to come to your home and review the plants. Plants and labor will be provided
- Plants that have been installed more than one year will be replaced with the same size of plant that was installed originally. Growth of the plant to a larger size cannot be replaced at that larger size
- The PLANT GUARANTEE will be in affect for as long as the client contracts with Estate Landscape to Maintain the landscaping. The monthly charges for care can be selected from our Maintenance Packages and will reflect customary care for the type and style of landscaping. This could include or Economy Package all the way to our Best Package
