We look at caring for your property in a complete way. We strive to provide your plants with the ingredients that give them the best for their health. The Truckee and North Lake Tahoe area needs only two things for plants to grow and thrive. Nutrients and water! Because the area’s soil is missing the much needed element, nitrogen, we recommend fertilizing your landscape yearly with a season-long formulation. We will advise you to what we feel would be the best for your landscape! And we are very aware of not using phosphorous in our products! This element is what is considered the cause for the diminishing clarity of Lake Tahoe. You can have confidence in the Sprinkler System Division to efficiently apply water to your plants.

In the Spring  you will receive our Spring Request Form that lists the services we recommend for your landscape health. Costs for these services will be included on the form. Select the services you would like and return the form to our office. Most importantly a Spring Clean up of your property needs to be done. This includes collecting and removing any debris left from last fall or winter. Downed limbs, pine needles, pine cones, leaves, etc. You will receive a quote for this work before it is done.
The landscape maintenance division offers you three Options to choose from:

1. Classic Option- the crew will be at your property weekly taking care of your landscape needs as the season progresses. This includes. removing old blossoms from flowers after blooming, weeding beds within the time allotted, raking and removing any debris, mowing and 4-5 fertilizing of lawns (if you have one), air sweeping of all hard surfaces (entry ways, walks, driveway, patios, decks), preparing your landscape for winter when the time is appropriate
2. Tahoe Option- The same services as the Classic Option with the addition, twice a season (before Fourth of July and before Labor Day), of our “Detail Crew” coming to your property and giving your property more detailed attention to the beds and plantsexclusively.
3. Premium Option- all the services of the Tahoe Option with the visit by the “Detail Crew” once-a-month for the season
