You can choose from four Unique Packages for Landscape Maintenance:
- BEST Package- our trained crew will be at your property weekly taking care of your landscape needs as the season progresses. This includes; raking and removing any debris, mowing, and 3-4 times per year fertilizing of lawns (if you have one) with a modified organic program, air sweeping of all hard surfaces (entry ways, walks, driveway, patios, decks) and preparing your landscape for winter when fall arrives.
- BETTER Package- The same services as the Classic Option with the addition of fertilizing flowers and shrubs with an organic fertilizer, removing old blossoms from flowers after blooming, weeding beds within the time allotted, receive two extra visits a season (before Fourth of July and before Labor Day) from our “Detail Crew” coming to your property and giving your property more detailed attention to the beds and plants exclusively, plus a 10% DISCOUNT for other services.
- BASIC Package- all the services of the Tahoe Option with an extra visit from our “Detail Crew” once-a-month for the season, plus a 20% DISCOUNT on other services.
- Economy Package- This is the package that is best suited for the home that doesn't have a lawn, more native and natural in layout and the homeowner doesn't want, or need, a lot of care for the landscape. The Maintenance crew visits the property once every two weeks. Again, this is not a Package for homes, or businesses that have lawn.
As part of a soil building process we recommend topdressing all garden beds once a year with Kellogg Organic Compost. You can have confidence in the Sprinkler System Division to efficiently apply water to your plants.
All Maintenance options include organic fertilizers and some include our Annual Sprinkler Adjustment Program.
